Everyone present for the Spring 2026 ESSEF Esports Championship at the Schine Center of Syracuse University on Saturday, May 2nd, was able to experience another fantastic competition among High School E-athletes. From the moment teams arrived in the early morning to the final matchup in Super Smash Teams between Bethlehem and Washingtonville High Schools, the atmosphere was charged with equal parts excitement, challenge, and camaraderie. The conclusion of the semiannual event featured award presentations to players and one individual who best represented the values promoted through the Empire State Scholastic Esports Federation known as the Integrity Award.
